TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE FUNDRAISING (DONATIONS)
Sri Raghavendra Gou Ashrama Trust (Established in 1974)
Sri Raghavendra Gou Ashrama Trust (“the Trust”) accepts voluntary donations from Indian residents through its official website www.SriRaghavendraGouAshrama.org for the purpose of supporting cow care and related maintenance & infrastructure development work.

1. Nature of Donations
• All donations made to the Trust are voluntary.
• Donations are accepted only from Indian citizens and Indian sources.
• The Trust does not accept foreign donations and is not registered under FCRA.
2. Purpose of Fundraising
Donations received shall be utilised for:
• Care, protection, feeding, propagating and promoting Indian breed of cows, maintenance of Indian desi cows, bulls, and calves.
• Fodder, green grass & dry grass procurement and veterinary medical care to cows and people who take care of cows here in goushala.
• Maintenance and development of cow shelters and providing essential infrastructure and infrastructure development. Donations are generally applied towards revenue and operational expenses. Project-specific funding is usually undertaken separately through CSR or institutional support.
3. Mode of Donation
The Trust accepts donations through:
• UPI
• Net banking (No credit/debit card payments are accepted at present.)
• Cheque
4. Donation Receipts & Tax Exemption
• The Trust is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
• 80G donation receipts will be issued offline and sent to donors via email or WhatsApp, based on the details provided.
• Donors are required to provide correct PAN details for issuance of Form 10BE.
5. No Ownership or Rights
Donations do not confer any ownership, management rights, or control over the Trust, its assets, or activities whatsoever.
6. Right to Refuse Donations
The Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any donation without assigning reasons, especially if the donation is suspected to be unlawful, fraudulent, or contrary to applicable laws of land.
