REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Refund Policy

• Donations made to Sri Raghavendra Gou Ashrama Trust are non-refundable, as they are voluntary contributions.

2. Exception – Technical Errors

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions.

• Proven technical or banking errors.

3. Time Limit

• Refund requests must be made within 20 days from the date of transaction.

• Requests must be submitted in writing to the Trust’s official email with transaction details.

4. Final Decision

The Trust’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
