END USER SERVICE AGREEMENT (EUSA)

This End User Service Agreement governs the relationship between the user and Sri Raghavendra Gou Ashrama Trust.

1. Scope

This agreement applies to all users who:

• Browse the website.

• Submit contact forms.

• Make online donations.

2. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.

• Use the website only for its intended purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Trust shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss.

• Misuse of information by third parties by whatever means.

• Technical failures of banking or UPI systems/gateways.

4. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kolar or Malur or Bengaluru in Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
